Features

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

1. The enclosure material can be aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate, composite plate, glass fiber reinforced cement plate, etc.

2.The base of the substation is made of galvanized channel steel or cement, with strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength.

3.Each compartment of the substation is separated by iron plates to form an independent small chamber. Each compartment is equipped with lighting facilities. The top of the transformer compartment is equipped with an automatic exhaust device to adjust the temperature of the transformer compartment.

3. Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.

Components/Structure

Pre-installed substation is mainly divided into three functional compartments: 

high-voltage room,

transformer room,

low-voltage room.

The high-voltage room contains a primary power supply system. It can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. High-voltage measurement elements can also be installed. Transformers can be oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. The transformer room is equipped with automatic forced air cooling system and lighting system. The low-voltage room can adopt a panel or cabinet-mounted structure to form the power supply solution required by the user. It has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, and user energy measuring and etc.
