The epoxy cast dry-type transformers produced by our company include SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12, SC(B)13, SCB14, and SCB18 series. Their performance indicators meet various standards, and they are reliable in operation and have reached the national advanced level. According to user needs, they can be provided with aluminum alloy or stainless steel shells with protection levels of IP00, IP20, and IP23 without shell. They have the characteristics of flameproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and low noise, and can penetrate deep into the load center. They are widely used in high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks, power plants, substations, etc. They are particularly suitable for installation and use in places with high fire protection requirements such as flammable and explosive materials.

Product Features

1. High insulation strength: The epoxy resin used for casting has an insulation breakdown field strength of 18~22kV/mm, and has a lightning breakdown strength roughly equivalent to that of oil transformers of the same voltage level. The insulation temperature grade is F, the maximum allowable temperature is 155℃, and the winding temperature rise limit is 100K.

2.Strong short-circuit resistance: Due to the material properties of the resin and the integral casting of the winding, it becomes a rigid body after heating and curing, so the mechanical strength is very high.

3. Strong overload capacity: The coil is equipped with air ducts for good heat dissipation. If a fan is put into operation under forced air cooling, the transformer can be overloaded for a short time.

4.Excellent environmental and safety performance: Epoxy resin is a chemically extremely stable material with excellent moisture-proof and dust-proof properties. The resin is flame-retardant and can extinguish itself, so it will not cause secondary disasters such as explosions.
